Exercise
I started my own workout plan this past Sunday. I do it six days a week and rest on Saturday. Alternating between weights and cardio workouts. I'm so out of shape, but it feels good to work out. I hope to keep this up for a while. I always do it for a little while and then stop. I'm off to a good start though, so we'll see how long I can keep it up this time. :)

I just kind of stumbled upon here. Good luck with your workouts. I'm starting mine too. It's time to get back in shape!
